Sales Executives (Night Shift)

In this role, you will call Nepali-American clients in the USA and sell our software solutions, speaking in Nepali. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated people who want a strong base salary, high earning potential through commissions, and room to grow. No prior sales experience is needed, since complete training will be provided. Location: Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Nepal Time) Salary: Up to NPR 40,000/month + commission up to NPR 2 Lakh Perks: Dinner and food provided, secure commercial office, work-from-home opportunity based on performance, full training provided

• Make outbound calls to Nepali-speaking clients in the USA to introduce and sell our software products.
• Understand each client's business needs and explain how our software can help them.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle client questions and objections professionally and confidently.
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the company system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the team and report sales progress to the supervisor.
• Stay updated on product features to give clients accurate information.

• Fluent in Nepali with clear, professional communication skills.
• Previous office experience in any field (sales or call center experience is a plus).
• Basic computer skills (typing, email, using software and spreadsheets).
• Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Confident, polite, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to earn commission.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow training.
• Basic English is an advantage.
