1. Project Engagement

All projects undertaken by Next Evolvion are executed based on a mutually agreed scope, timeline, and cost. Any additional features or changes outside the original scope may require a revised agreement and additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

Project payments are made in phases to ensure transparency and progress-based delivery.

• An initial advance payment is required before project kickoff.
• Subsequent payments are due upon completion of agreed milestones.
• Final delivery is made only after full payment is received.
• Failure to complete payments may result in project suspension or termination.

3. Project Timeline & Delays

Project timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and payments. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery schedules without liability to Next Evolvion.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with Next Evolvion until the project is fully paid. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Reasonable revisions are included as per the project agreement. Excessive revisions or major changes may incur additional charges.

6. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments made are non-refundable, and work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

Next Evolvion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
